$54.00

Cozy Cocktails: A Fall Cocktail Class
Sunday, September 13
2:00–3:30 PM
Wiscocktail Lounge

Join us at Wiscocktail Lounge as we explore three distinctly different cocktails built around the deeper, richer flavors of the season. You’ll learn how to balance bold spirits, incorporate fall ingredients, and use a few simple techniques to create cocktails that feel right at home on a crisp autumn evening.

On the menu:

Flannel Shirt
A modern classic from bartender Jeffrey Morgenthaler featuring Scotch, apple cider, Averna, lemon, demerara, allspice dram, and aromatic bitters. Smoky, spiced, and layered with orchard fruit, it tastes exactly like fall feels.

Vieux Carré
A New Orleans classic combining rye whiskey, Cognac, sweet vermouth, Bénédictine, and two styles of bitters. Rich, complex, and spirit-forward, this cocktail demonstrates how several bold ingredients can come together in perfect balance.

La Dominicana
A luxurious combination of aged rum and coffee liqueur finished with a layer of freshly hand-whipped cream. Simple on paper, but the proper technique transforms it into a rich and elegant after-dinner cocktail.

Along the way you’ll learn:

  • How to work with seasonal ingredients like apple cider and baking spices.

  • When a cocktail should be shaken and when it should be stirred.

  • How to balance split-base and spirit-forward cocktails.

  • How to properly whip and layer cream over a cocktail.

  • Tips for controlling dilution, temperature, texture, and sweetness at home.

Each cocktail will be accompanied by a thoughtfully selected food pairing prepared by FEAST Catering, designed to complement and enhance the flavors in your glass.

To keep the class interactive, only 16 seats are available. You’ll enjoy a hands-on experience with plenty of opportunities to ask questions, taste, and learn along the way.

Reserve your seat before the class sells out.
