Dancing Goat Collab Cocktail Class

We are kicking off the new year with a first for Wiscocktail Lounge: a collaborative cocktail class featuring the makers behind the spirits.

Join us on Sunday, January 4 for an immersive session with Dancing Goat Distillery from Cambridge, Wisconsin. Brand Ambassador Fred Swanson will guide us through their distilling philosophy while pouring samples of Dancing Goat spirits, and Mariah Renz, Mixologist for Dancing Goat, will join us behind the bar as we explore technique, balance, and flavor.

This class will spotlight a curated selection of Dancing Goat’s portfolio including Limousin Rye, Death’s Door Gin, and one additional spirit to be announced. Together we will demonstrate three cocktails designed to showcase each spirit’s character and versatility. Stay tuned for the featured cocktails for this session.
