Summer Cookout Cocktails, the Wiscocktail way.
On Saturday, June 7th from 2–3:30 PM, we’re bringing the backyard into the bar with a cocktail class built for warm weather, good company, and drinks you’ll actually make all summer.
These are the kinds of cocktails that belong in your hand next to a grill. Bright, refreshing, and easy to love. Familiar on the surface, but dialed in the way they’re supposed to be.
Here’s what we’re making:
Whiskey Smash – Bourbon, lemon, mint, sugar. Fresh, citrusy, and built for long afternoons that turn into long nights.
Bee’s Knees – Gin, lemon, honey. Light, floral, and dangerously easy to drink.
Mojito – Rum, lime, mint, sugar, soda. Crisp, cooling, and the most misunderstood summer drink for a reason. We’ll show you how to get it right.
We’ll walk through the techniques that make these drinks work, the small details that separate a good drink from a great one, and how to build them so they hold up outside, at home, or wherever summer takes you.
Then you’ll step behind the bar and make all three yourself.
